LOGISTIC STAFF
Qualification & Experience:

• Have knowledge in customs regulations
• Have experience in PIB preparation, registration, monitoring, reporting; EDI process control; customs clearance control
• Age 23 – 30 years old
• Min Diploma Degree from any background
• Able to operate computer, especially Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access), Customs System (BC20), and INSW
• Able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Customs clearance plan and progress control
• Customs clearance control
• EDI process control

MARKETING ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Qualification & Experience:

• Female, max 27 years old
• Minimum Diploma degree from reputable University
• Having experience with shipping/import documents would be an advantage
• Proficient PC Skills, esp. Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
• Good personality, communication and strong interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

• Handling all correspondence and organizing contacts between the marketing executives and their customers;
• Maintaining customer records; records of visits and sales; records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.
• Taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
• Processing invoices and accounts;
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers

SALES & MARKETING STAFF FOR EXPORT IMPORT
Qualification & Experience:

• Preferable have minimum 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing
• Male max 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any background
• Must fluent in English, know Japanese would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
• Identify and resolve client concerns
