- Has 5 years experience at same field
- Good persuasion skill and interpersonal skill
- Male; 35 years (max)
- Bachelor degree (S1) in any related field from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written.
- Has a leadership skill
- Able to work in team
- Willing to be located at Surabaya
