INTERNAL CONTROL EXPERT (ASSISTANT MANAGER ROLE)
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in Internal Control field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years
- Have experience using JSOC is an advantage value
- Age 35 – 45 years, Bachelor degree
- English proficiency (TOEIC 900 score or equivalent).
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in assessing internal control and ensured all operational activities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as Government Regulations and
- Conducting independent evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of management policies, procedures and controls; integrity of information;
- security over company’s resources; compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
TECHNICAL TRAINING (AFTERSALES DEPARTMENT)
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
- High level of skills in improving dealer service process operations and dealer staff ability
- Bachelor Degree age
- Technical background is a plus
- English proficiency27 – 35
- High level of business writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office software
- Highly detailed and organized
- Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
- Must possess high levels of ethics and integrity

- Responsible to develop the dealer’s staff ability and plan training programs.
- Implement various events to increase the dealer’s employee satisfaction and
