INVOICING & BILLING STAFF (IB) – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Having 1 year experience in the similar position, Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Understand accurate system
• Good personality, responsible, fast learner, efficient and well-organized
• Female, min 20 years old
• Candidate at least Diploma in Economy from reputable university
• Able to work independently and also work in a team

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Submit sales invoices
• Prepare invoice and send to customer
• Check payment receipt in the bank and submit in the billing system
• Ensuring billing issued timely every month
• Ensuring submitting max 1 week from transaction date
• Ensure the billing that has been made is equipped with an adequate supporting documents

TREASURY STAFF (TS) – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Female, min 23 years old
• Candidate at least Diploma in Economy from reputable university
• Having 1 year experience in the similar position
• Understand accurate system
• Good personality, responsible, honest, fast learner, efficient and well-organized
• Able to work independently and also work in a team

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Check completeness of payment request documents from purchasing division
• Provide Proof of Exit Bank (BKK) and check to make the payment
• Match between the bank balance and the current account in the system
• Prepare daily account balance report
• Prepare weekly cash flows report
• Ensure payment in accordance with a predetermined schedule
