Qualification & Experience:
- Have experiences as Financial Auditor/Consultant in Accounting Firm (KAP)
- Have a sound Risk Management knowledges, BASEL II and Bank Strategic Analysis
- Have a good analytical skills
- Have banking experiences at minimum 5 years
- Able to provide a good leadership
- Bachelor Degree in Economic
- Have a good communication skills
- Have BSMR level 3 certification
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- To lead Risk Strategic & Analytic Departement in managing the overall strategic risk within Bank’s risk tolerence & appettie
- To lead the Risk Management Campaign in order to promote Bank’s risk awareness
- To provide Project Management Office (PMO) support for BASEL II implementation in accordance with Bank Indonesia & Group requirement
- To be a coordinator in collating risk reports from other risk departements and ensure that risk reporting to Senior Management, Committee and Regulator is complete, accurate, reliable, informative and timely manner
- To ensure that Risk Management MIS is complete, informative, reliable and accessible
- To provide secretary support for Risk Management Committee
