- Knowledge and experience in facility engineering and maintenance.

Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Ensures that the facility’s functions and procedures are standardized across all factory and product manufacturing/operation areas
- Ensures that all of the facility’s equipment and support systems noted below are in good condition without interruption of business operation
- Arrange maintenance according to Production schedule
- Responsible for daily and preventive maintenance Manages, directs, and appraises facility staff. Ensures that job
- descriptions, training, and performance expectations are completed and well communicated. Manages performance appraisal process and ensures that all subordinates are fairly appraised and rewarded per corporate guidelines
